Abstract:	高強度光源の普及に伴い安全管理を容易にするデバイスが求められている。表題のデバイスを光ファイバ回線中に作製する技術を紹介する。低軟化点ガラスを介して融着したシリカガラス製ファイバに炭素含有被覆を施す単純な構造で実現でき、既存の金属薄膜挿入型光ヒューズに比べ、切断閾値を高く設定できる（２Ｗ以上）。
